They're frozen in solid jade! What did they do to deserve this?!

Ally I believe Isis is referring to the advertising slogan "Dolphin safe Tuna" in which the company states their processes of capturing Tuna does not endanger the Dolphins.

Well a couple things. 

First off he was only in carbonite for like a year because he was rescued.   How long do you think Jabba wanted to keep him frozen?   That is up in the air.

Secondly if you have ever watched the show Sealab 2021 they have a episode where they treaten people with being frozen for a million years in carbonite.
